Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a type of structured therapy that helps people understand how thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors. It is typically short term, solution focused treatment and is a collaborative effort between the patient and the therapist. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is effective in treating anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, relationship issues, and many more.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is for children, teenagers, and adults.

The therapist will work with the patient to identify unhealthy thinking patterns, challenge those thinking patterns, and replace with more realistic, factual cognitive messages. The patient will also learn how to improved mood and through more positive and prosocial behaviors.
