Family Therapy

To best resolve a problem, each family member needs to understand what the problem is and agree to contribute to its resolution.

Mental health problems are often made worse by simmering family issues or the attitude of some family members toward the person identified as “the problem.”

Blaming the family member with the issue is common, but must be dealt with immediately so no one family member feels responsible for the happiness of the entire family.

In families, feelings are both intense and delicate. An experienced therapist can guide families toward understanding, accepting and supporting all its members.
